Spalding & Co (the trading name of Spalding & Co Ltd), is an independent company of Chartered Surveyors, Estate Agents, Valuers and Auctioneers with offices in Fakenham and Wells-next-the-Sea

The founder of the business, Hubert Spalding, now a consultant, established the firm in 1980, and for over 25 years has offered professional property services and the sale, letting and purchase of residential, commercial and agricultural property in the market town of Fakenham, the coastal resort of Wells-next-the-Sea, and the villages of North Norfolk.

Nick Glaister, a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, acquired the practice in 2006, having previously worked in North Norfolk as a Chartered Surveyor for over 20 years, dealing with the survey and valuation of residential and commercial property, acting as an Expert Witness in property disputes and litigation and managing building works.

Nick Bird has been an estate agent in Fakenham for over 25 years, having always lived in the town. His local knowledge and involvement in the community is unlikely to be matched by any other estate agent in the area.

The remainder of the staff at both offices have over 50 years combined experience with the company, offering personal professional property services.
