Managing Director
A Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Registered Valuer. Nick acquired the firm in 2006 and has over 40 years’ experience as a Chartered Surveyor in Norfolk.
Nick deals with surveys and valuations of residential and commercial property, acts as an Expert Witness in property disputes and litigation and can advise on landlord and tenant matters, planning and development appraisals and managing building works.
In his spare time Nick is a keen gardener, enjoys spending time with his grandson and likes to sail his Cornish Shrimper at Wells-next-the-Sea.
Director
An Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Registered Valuer, a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and a Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents – propertymark. Rose joined the company in 2014 and has over 10 years’ experience in the sale, letting and management of residential property.
Rose leads the team and manages the day to day running of the business to include; valuing, listing, advertising, negotiating, project management, property inspections and documentation.
When not at work Rose spends time with her son, family and friends and goes swimming, or for walks on the North Norfolk Coast.
Sales Negotiator
A Member of the National Association of Estate Agents, having qualified through propertymark in 2018, Josh looks after all of our sales. Josh came to Spalding & Co. in 2016 and had a background in Estate Agency, with his experience totalling almost 10 years.
Accompanying viewings, negotiating sales and rentals, progressing transactions and looking after client care, Josh has strong customer service skills and is always willing to assist.
Outside of work Josh takes time to be with his family, goes for long walks, reads and has an interest in I.T.
Lettings Manager
Responsible for our lettings and block management of both residential and commercial property, Janet is the friendly face working for landlords and helping tenants.
Janet started with us in 2006 when Nick took over the company and she is based in our Wells-next-the-Sea office, which is the coastal town where she has spent most of her life, making her local knowledge unbeatable.
With 6 grandchildren Janet is kept busy but also finds time for gardening, swimming, walking and bell ringing.
